  On behalf of IEIE(The Institute of Electronics and information Engineers), it is our great pleasure and honor to invite all the telecommunication-related industries and academia to the international workshop of Smart Radio which will be held in Hanyang University Seoul Korea on September 19, 2018. Having been hosted by IEIE for the last 17 years, the workshop this year is co-organized by Hanyang University and ETSI (European Telecommunications Standards Institute) for the first time. With deep common interests in the 5th Generation Mobile Communications and Connected Vehicles among most major Korean and European industries, the subtitle of the workshop this year has been entitled as “5G and Autonomous Vehicles”. We are very much proud to introduce all the invited speeches including the ones from Hyundai Motors, Samsung, Intel Deutschland, LG, Bundesnetzagentur (German Regulator), and SK Telecom on top of which 2 keynotes are provided from the Korean government and Japanese academy.
